Cant see the widget, cant put different menus in different pages

    Hi
    I have wordpress with the default template and I have a few problems.

    1 – I am trying to put the widget into the page but I do not see them on the page. I see the widget only in the post.
    I put the widget and the menues and the links under the Main Sidebar and under the SIDEBAR pages showcase.

    2- is there posibility in wordpress that a meneu will be in on a few pages but not in other pages of the site or that when i put a menu he must be on all the pages of the site ?

    3- is there a differnce beetween links and menues ?

    4 – whay my name of the site is H1 and the name of the page is also H1. What good in that the the name of the site that is not reflect the content of the page will be H1 ? And the descption of the site as H2 ?
