    Hello @ezzeldean,

    Can you try deleting and re-adding the plug-in? (If this is a new plug-in install). It’s possible that the plug-in could be not properly uploaded to the server which can cause errors or it not to display.

    If the above is not an issue, it could be a plug-in conflict or interference. In this case using WordPress’ debug mode can help. See this page for more information: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

    After reviewing the debug log, it will give you a hint on what might be conflicting.
