Can’t see profile extra fields and other

    Hello,

    1. I have a register form on the homepage for the user and a profile with some extra fields(file upload). The problem is i can’t see them when i view the profile page, but only in edit mode. The field is checked as: View Everywhere. Even if i upload some file on the edit mode and update, still there is nothing in view mode. If i go back to edit mode…the file is gone.
    I have Ultimate Member v2 updated from 1.3.88 and it does the same on both versions. (same thing with all plugins deactivated and with Twenty Sixteen theme)

    2. I can’t activate the Terms & Conditions extension because: it requires the Ultimate Member plugin to be activated to work properly. (but it’s activated)

    3. Some settings for v2 of the plugin do not have any effect. I had to use css to change the width of the profile from 600px to 1300px. Not only that, but the avatar does not show the size i chose, it’s alot bigger.

    Hi @ctor,

    1. Can you please check whether you have the correct profile form for your user role?
    This issue can be caused by unique profiles for different user roles.

    2. Have you downloaded Terms and Conditions for 2.0?

    3.Do you have any custom page builder e.g. Visual Composer? Custom container settings can cause this issue.

    Hi,

    1. On the edit profile form under -> Make this profile form role-specific is checked as Member. There is only one user profile form. There is no need for more.

    2. I downloaded the Terms and Conditions from the plugin website, now i saw that there was one for v2 of the plugin. Thanks!

    3. Yes, i have Visual Composer installed with Impreza theme, all updated. In the pages where the form shortcode is, the visual composer is deactivated.

    The file upload field would show only in edit mode no matter what, some tweaks had to be made in the theme functions in order to show it. The rest of the extra fields are showing.
