Hi,

I’m using the 27 Listings Theme. I’ve downloaded the NAV plugin, but after I go to Appearance –> Menus, I do not see the option to customize the menu according to user roles, could you please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Try switching to a default theme. Then try disabling other plugins one at a time. It’s likely that something else is replacing the menu Walker, but hasn’t updated their Walker to include the core hook wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields that was added in WordPress 5.4.
