Can’t see my tag feed unless I click on it

    Hello, since the API token had expired, I deleted the token and connected again. However, now the images don’t show in the carrousel. There’s only a white empty space where the carrousel should be displayed. If you click there, the images load as a pop-up, but not on the carrousel. Can you please help?

    Hi @mediosordo

    could you please update to version 3.0.7 and test?
    Remember to clean cache,
    reconnet account and recreate the feed.

    For my part, I never use a cache plugin and I have the version3.0.7 installed.

    Just to let you know. When I changed the option from carousel to gallery, its works like a charm.

    @dylancohen if the problem shown up only with carousel, could be another plugin or theme that has tehir own carousel widget and is preventing to load ours.
    Please debug as follow and test:
    – Switch off one by one plugins
    – Swith to storefront
    – Remember to update plugin and start an account and feed connection from the scratch
