  • Hi Jordaneisenburger,

I see what you mean–in fact, I don’t see any events on your calendar (past or upcoming) at all.

I think following these troubleshooting steps is a good starting point for finding any possibly conflicts that might be at play with your theme or another installed plugin.

I’d be curious to know if you still see the same issues when using a default WordPress theme with no other active plugins.

    Cheers!

    Hi geoff,

If I switch to the “Twenty Thirteen” theme it all works fine. When i go back to our custome theme it doesn’t work anymore. It used to work with our theme, do you got any idea’s what can cause this ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jordan

    Hi,

I think I’ve found a lead, how to recreate: go to the month “april” > refresh page > now you should see the events. The ajax call isn’t working propperly I think. It doesn’t actually load the information. Do you have any experience with this ?

    Hi Jordan,

I do see a Javascript error in the console pointing to a Facebook app. Are you using any plugins that integrate Facebook? Or perhaps your theme includes it? Either way, that error likely has to be cleared up for the calendar’s Javascript to properly trigger.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response!

I’ve fixed the JS facebook error. But it didn’t make a difference. Now a new bugg appeared. “Uncaught SecurityError” to get this error you need to switch between months. but even before the error it still doesnt work. any more suggestions ?

    Thanks already,

    Jordan

    Howyd Jordan,

Thats awesome you got the Facebook error resolved. I am sorry to see the second one. For some reason your site is sending the wrong Origin header when making Ajax requests. It sounds like you are experiencing a conflict. In order to proceed you will need to test if a “conflict” is happening, and if so narrow it down so a fix can be found for it. This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting.

    Cheers!
