Can’t see media on webpage

    Cannot see media in gmedia modules on two of my three pages. Can see links when scrolling over “missing” media. Everything is still present on the Gmedia modules, the media is just not showing up on front end pages. Help!

    Be sure you have latest versions of these modules. Go to Gmedia Modules admin page and update modules to the latest version.

    Thank you SO much for your reply. I have scoured the admin page and cannot seem to find anywhere to update the modules themselves. This leads me to believe that they are of the latest version. Perhaps you can provide a more specific place to check? The plug-in itself is updated. I really appreciate your help with this! So much of my website relies on Gmedia.

    Also clear cache of special plugins which “optimise” code, like Autooptimize and so on. If not work try temporary disable it.

    Thank you for the photo. There are no pending module updates. I have also cleared site cache, page cache, browser cache, and plugin cache, as you’ve recommended. I have also tried temporary disable. Any other thoughts?
