Hi! I smushed all my images, but now I can’t see the media library. I installed the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and ran it, but still no luck. I have this installed on three different sites with the same results. Help! Thanks 🙂

    Hi @heelgrinder,

Sorry to hear you’re having such issues after smushing 🙁

Can you tell me if you can see thumbnail images when you check your uploads folder?
They should look like this: imagename-300×300.jpg

Are any of your images on frontend broken?

Alos, can you tell me if the issue in Media library is visible only in grid mode or the same thing happens with list mode as well?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Thank you for using Smush! I am going to close this topic as we have not received any follow-up information. If you still need us to check into this let us know and we can reopen the thread.

    Hello
    I have such problem
After the installation of the plug-in, all images on the site were lost (but if you click on the link they exist).
In the media library, in the list mode, only the links (relative path) come to the picture
In grid mode, the library is empty. Deactivated the plugin – nothing has changed, the plugin has also removed the pictures.
Please help to resolve this problem

    Hey @saymong,

    Hope you’re well today!

First can you try flush permalinks settings? You just need to go Settings > Permalink. Try “Plain” option, is that work? Then try “Post name” or whatever your option, is that work?

If none of them works can you right click on the Media library page then choose inspect element, is there any error on Console tab?

    Cheers,
    Oguz
