 * Hi,
 * I installed a plugin called [Vidrack-Video Recorder](https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-capture/).

   I can’t see it on FTP, I can’t see it on my cPanel plugin folder. It is visible
   on my dashboard, but there is a collision and my website is crashed. I renamed
   all plugins and the theme to see what will happen but no success at all. I believe
   the problem is(as always) with mu-plugins of s2Memebrs plugin, as the error message
   says too – Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_is() in /home/……./
   public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/s2-hacks.php on line 7 I renamed the folder,
   I deleted it too and no success again. The author of Vidrack will help, I am
   sure. But due to time difference I can’t have his help now. How on Earth can
   I find where the plugin is installed?! The installation was as always – dashboard-
   plugins-add new-done! Please help! Thank you!

 * You mean debugging does not show any info?
 * Also, try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server
   and/or [browser caches](http://www.refreshyourcache.com/). Not just your browser,
   but any op cache or content network cache as well [such as Cloudflare](https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-).
   If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider
   to flush memcache on your server.

 * Thanks again t-p but all of that was done long time ago.
    I also deleted the
   mu-plugins folder and yet the same message is still on without any change at
   all. Whatever i do the result is null. Speaking about the provider, I have to
   say that the website was migrated yesterday to a different server. I will speak
   to the guys to see what they will say, if there is a link between the migration
   and the problem. Whatever happens, I will keep you posted. Thank you for your
   advice!

 * Is this the guide they followed to move:

 * I don’t know.
 * The server provider did it for me. I was moving from shared to a VPS server.

   t-p, I just noticed something… The MySQL tables show everything from 2014 and
   2015. Nothing from the last year or the last few weeks! Is that normal?

 * Dear t-p,
    it turns out the problem was related with the migration of the website.
   Because I didn’t know how to do it, the hosting company did it …. not very well.
   It was a very weird experience. Thank you for your advice!
