Can't See Images in Media Library & also can't upload new one

    I am facing problem in upload new image in post my self hosted blog is http://therecipespk.com/
    Even I deactivated ALL plugin but issue is still.

    1) Can’t See previously uploaded Images in Media Library
    2) Can’t upload new one
    whenever I’m trying to upload the new image the error message saying, “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” is showing up.
    I am new, someone please help me fix this up.
