  • I am having the same issue. I have logged out of WP, cleared browser (chrome) of all history/cache/cookies, etc. closed and reopened browser multiple times and still no code on page source view.

Oops, my bad. After logged out, I would log back in after clearing everything. Once I viewed after staying logged out I saw it. Thank you!

    Neal,

It could be another plugin causing a conflict with Quick Cache, or even stripping out the HTML notes from the source code. Would you mind listing your active plugins here?

    Neal,

Unfortunately nothing is jumping out at me as a plugin that might be causing a conflict. The next step would be to disable plugins one-by-one and re-checking for the notes in the HTML source.

An alternative next-step would be to setup a new WordPress installation on the same server, install Quick Cache, and see if it works in a clean install. If it’s not working in a clean install of WordPress (with no other plugins and with the default WordPress theme), then that indicates an issue with your hosting environment (your server) and you’d need to contact your hosting company to diagnose the issue with them.

OK – I’ll try the plugin thing first. I’d be surprised if its the host – it’s Bluehost, one of the largest hosting companies in the world.
    cheers, Neal

I just installed this plugin and am having the same issue. I did everything that @volfan mentioned and still nothing…

There was a new version of Quick Cache released today (v140605) that includes many bug fixes and improvements. Could you please try updating to the latest version and then re-test to see if the problem still exists?
