I have tried a different theme and disabled all plugins. My permalinks are setup correctly. I’m using 1.9.2 but I’m using older versions at other websites (with same theme and plugins) and NOT having a problem. If I click a button to change the month, year, or even layout, nothing happens. If I then refresh the page, it then changes to what I asked. * I’m using the latest version of WordPress, TwentyTen (child) and All-in-One Event Calendar. Disabling all other plugins and using the TwentyEleven theme doesn’t help. Any action that triggers a refresh isn’t completing unless the page is manually refreshed. It was working, once upon a time. * I don’t see jQuery being loaded twice. Contact Form 7 is also exhibiting similar behavior. Forms do not display a confirmation message, the wheel keeps spinning, but emails are sending. * Disabling all plugins except for either ai1ec and/or CF7 yields no improvement.
