# Can't Scroll down

 * Hello,
 * I installed the RTMedia plugin. I’d already installed the BuddyPress plugin and
   that worked well. The RtMedia plugin work also fine, but it is disabling the 
   scroll function of the webpage where the plugin is used.
 * Can anyone please tell me how I can fix the problem?

 * Please check rtMedia with WordPress default theme and with other plugins disabled,
   it might be theme issue or a plugin conflict.

 * Thanks for the quick answer. I already found the solution in the rtMedia support
   forum.
 * I’d to change a CSS code. 🙂
