    Hi, after filling the 3 field (API name, Unique ID, Base URL) I clic save then the new tab appear. But if I clic on the new tab, it says I can’t connect to that page. If I reture to the seput page, the tab are not there any more.

    Also after clicing on save, if I reload the page, the tab disapear.

    How to fix this?

    Hmmm, that sounds like a really strange issue.

    It’s not resolve, like I say on the ticket, I can’t provide an admin access to our site.

    You never tell me what information you need to investigate the issus.

    Hi,

    Could you send some screenshots of the issue and also a list of the other plugins you are using?

    Like I say, it is hard to troubleshoot without being able to log in and actually see what is happening.
    This error has not happened before and it does not happen on any of our testing environments. It may be a conflict with another plugin you are using.
    You could perhaps try disabling other plugins one by one, and then checking if this makes a difference. You can then tell which plugin may be causing the issue.
