# Can’t save settings

 * Save settings doesn’t work. When clicked, the 3 dots appear on the button, but
   nothing. I cleared WP and browser cache as well.

 * do you see any errors in the console or PHP error log? Are you running WP version
   4.7 or higher? It’s a bit hard to debug this without knowing the actual error.
   The easiest way is that you ensure that you have the latest version of WP installed

 * I run WP 5.4.
 * I found the culprit: Messenger Customer Chat (by facebook).
 * So now the only way I can change the settings of the rating plugin is if I deactivate
   the chat, change what I want in your plugin and activate the chat back.
