Can’t save product

When saving a product that should be excluded from the facebook feed, I get the errormessage
```
Facebook for WooCommerce
Close modal panel
This product belongs to a category or tag that is excluded from the Facebook catalog sync. It will not sync to Facebook.

To sync this product to Facebook, click Go to Settings and remove the category or tag exclusion or click Cancel and update the product's category / tag assignments.
```
And then I can just click Go to Settings or Cancel – and the product isn’t saved.

I know the product is excluded from the feed, it’s supposed to be excluded, but I still want to be able to save it. How can I do that?

Could you let us know if this also happens with a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty and only WooCommerce / Facebook for WooCommerce enabled?

If so, could you please send us a screenshot so we can investigate this further?

Hi @agrolsy,

Thanks for your system status.

I can see you have the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Looking at other threads reporting the same issue it seems a wrong setting is causing that error message. Can you take a look at the below thread?

Yes, thanks, that solved the problem! Would have been great if that info was shown in the error message as well (that one option is to set each variation to Do not sync ie instead of changing the categories becuase I didn’t want the product to sync)
