    I have an issue that to update new product or ad new things can’t update and showing blank screen and i must return back to show the previous page.
    any help?

    In most cases, this issue is tied to a conflict (usually a javascript error).

    Please try switching to the WordPress default Twenty seventeen ( theme temporarily to see if the issue persists. If so, then we can rule out an issue with the theme. If even with Twenty Sixteen the issue persists, please deactivate all other plugins and reactivate them one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

    Please note that switching to another theme will not delete data and that you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.

    Switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins is the first step in troubleshooting issues. That allows us to target the culprit quickly.
