how are you accessing the new form? Can you paste the admin page URL you are accessing

thank you for the video. It looks like there is an error on the server side which prevents the form from saving properly. can you enable WP_DEBUG mode and see if you have any errors in the PHP?
I also notice on your video that you have a javascript error on your editor page (see the video at 0:18 in your video.) This could also be the reason why your form is not being saved properly.

sorry, I don’t understand Russian, however, you will need to fix those errors as they may be interfering with the proper saving of your page. They are related to other plugins you have installed on your setup.
I assume you issue is resolved now.
