Can't "Save Image As…" when using this plugin

I downloaded the update and changed my settings to “dynamic” mode.

While the update fixed the problem of right-clicking and saving an image (yay!), there’s something wrong.

Here’s what I did:

When I first access my blog (http://livingvintageco.com/), the Pin it button appears on the home page just fine. I am also able to right click on any image and save it.

However, when I go to a single post (for example, this one: http://livingvintageco.com/2013/08/dogs-in-cars/), the Pin it button is NOT shown. (I do have “single posts” selected under “On which pages the “Pin it” button should be shown”.)

Also, when I click on “Home” in the breadcrumbs, the Pin it button no longer appears. However, when I refresh the page, the Pin it button reappears.

Also, when I was on the single post and clicked back in my browser, the Pin it button was there on the home page.

Also, when I’m anywhere in my blog and click on my header (to return to the home page), the Pin it button is gone.
