    Hi,
For some reason the the “save changes” button in warp section went missing. And because of that I can’t save any changes on Settings, Layouts (the “costumizer” button is also broken), Widgets or Menus.

The problem seems to be only in Warp Section ( the one we enter when click on theme name).

I’m currently developing a new website, but from one day to the other, the button vanished. I checked the other websites that had already been developed and upgraded to 4.5, and the problem is also there, concluding that should not be from the plugins. I also tried to uninstall the plugin that i assume more problematic, for being the first time using it, but it didn’t solve anything so I reinstall it.

Chrome developer tool show this error:
load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.5:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.5:3 The specified value “!” does not conform to the required format. The format is “#rrggbb” where rr, gg, bb are two-digit hexadecimal numbers.
load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.5:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#compile]

Can anyone help me? Is there any way to solve this problem?
