# can't run install.php

 * I’m trying to install WordPress…
 * I unziped the files… uploaded the entire folder into my public_html..
    I use 
   hostgator
 * I get this message when I open install.php in my browser:
    Error: PHP is not 
   running
 * WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not 
   have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.
 * What should I do now!?
