Can’t restore broken images

Thanks for your answer. I understand that Imagify tried to compress the image but hasn’t been able to reduce the image size further. It is due to the fact that those images are already compressed.

However, I never used any plugin for image compression other than Imagify.

The original image is not the link you gave, since this one is a little bit blurry, it is the one already compressed by imagify. Imagify is the plugin that makes my images blurry (we discussed that in another topic launched by myself and the support were agreeing on this point).

I still have the original images on my computer, and we can see that the quality is better. So there was a compression done by the plugin and it can’t restore them now.

So the problem is the plugin that don’t want to restore them, knowing that i never used any other plugin than Imagify, it can only be a bug from the plugin Imagify, how do you think I can put the original ones back ?

If it can help you resolve my issue, I used many accounts of Imagify, deleted the plugin and reinstall it different times, and always checked the “keep the original files” option. This is probably this usage of the plugin that created the bug. I think they are somewhere in my ftp files, but I don’t know how I can restore them.

It’s really important for me, and it represents thousands of hours of work, can you please try to do your best.

I’ve checked by myself and the original image is 72 ko. So the file was optimized, and i’ve told you that the only optimization plugin i used is imagify.

However, as you can see on this screen there is no “restore button” : https://gyazo.com/fbf382f79894485bde54560a69e2eaee

Therefore, this is for sure a bug from Imagify, please help me to restore them in another way than the conventional since the button “restore” is not available.

I am sorry to repeat myself but please understand that this is thousands of hours of work i really need a solution please.

I’ve just seen your screenshot and yes even me when i used the plugin in the beggining i had this option and it was working well.

Then after I don’t know how i messed up on my end but now the button is not showing with the images optimized on my website.
