Cant restore backup

    Hello,

    I am trying to clone a WP site to new machine using WP Clone Plugin.
    PHP on original WP is 5.6.26 and MySQL is 5.6.33.
    On the new site I have PHP 7.
    Backup is created OK but when clicking Restore on new site – nothing happens.

    Please advise what should I do to make it work.

    WP Clone is not compatible with PHP 7. If your control panel has a PHP version selector you can do what I do – temporarily set PHP back to 5.6 to run Clone, then reset it to 7 again. Hopefully WP Academy will fix this in the next version. Hopefully there will be a next version. They seem to have lost interest in supporting this plugin.
