I did move the site to a cloud server but this backup was run on the new server. The backups seem to be working properly.
Have you configured ‘mysql’ and ‘destination’ forms at the top ?

I Have the same problem with restore on another server.
Now I’m trying to restore my backup on local server (open server)
I changed data in backup file code (put my db, user, pass …)
At least my screen with backup started to work and site like starting to recover. In a few secs button go to site appears and there I receive an error (Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in C:\OpenServer\domains\knittons.loc\index.php on line 86).
I think I really need your help (I could not do it for more than 2 days). If possible please contact me to o.glebov88@gmail.com

I didn’t configure those settings. I thought that was only needed for migration to new server. Do I need to configure them? The settings aren’t automatic?
@jwest100, are you using Windows servers ?

Emailed the link and info.
Varnish cache was the reason of the problem. Disabling Varnish cache resolved the issue. Workarounds for this are being developed

I am also having a restore problem.
The previous site I created had to be deleted as I made a mistake whilst trying to fix http to https links.
Now, the backup does not want to restore. I am using Cloudflare.
Website https://hiresa.org.
When clicking rstore the login screen opens.
The username is the same for the old website and the new.
The only diffrence is the password.
I have treid both passwords and neither one of them wants to move on to the next screen where sql data is to be entered.
Could you please assist?
