Can’t reset password when Brute force option ‘rename login’ is on

    Hi,

    I have changed my login url.
    Since recently, it is not possible anymore to use the reset password function on the login form:

    https://mywebsite.com/customloginurl/?action=lostpassword

    This page works, but when I hit the ‘make new password’ button, nothing happens.

    When I turn off the brute force protection, the form works as expected and it takes me to the confirmation page.

    This was working in the past.. Please help me out!

    Hi @keeslina,

    Below copy of the plugin will fix the error due to rename login page issue for Register, Login, Lost password, Password reset email link introduced in AISO 5.3.10.

    Please upload the zip as Add a new plugin and replace it with the existing AIOS plugin.

    Let me know if you still face any issue.

    The fix will be in next release of AIOS.

    Hi,

    I tried the fix and it is working. Can you please let me know when you roll out the next release?
    I’m locked out from a bunch of client websites and can not install the fix there. I don’t want to manually reset my passwords on all these websites..

    The next release is already planned it will be soon ( before end of this week) as per the latest news I have.
