Can't reset custom permalinks

    I reset my permalinks to clear some issues (recommended by my host) and now when I go back to reset them to the custom structure, WP won’t let me. It just jumps back to a default structure when I hit save.

    I have a plugin to redirect the 404’s, but it’s causing me other problems. Any help?
