Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve reviewed the issue and were able to replicate it, the accordion item at depth-4 jumping to depth-3 appears to be related to the maxDepth setting in the nestable component.
We’ve noted this and will fix it in an upcoming release of EazyDocs.
