Your cart links are still missing the nonces as described in the article I sent you previously.

Can you please remove the checkout_cart.php template file from your theme’s EDD folder? That will be wp-content/themes/YOUR THEME/edd_templates/checkout_cart.php

Once that template file has been removed, the links will work again. If you have made changes to the checkout_cart.php file, you’ll need to re-apply those changes to a new version of the file.
