    Hi!

We’re using Download Monitor with Gravity Forms very successfully.

I wanted to modify a current form and remove the Download Monitor field. However, it will not let me remove the field from the form.

I can add a second Download Monitor field, and it will not “delete” as well.

I tried in Chrome and Firefox (latest versions).

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

I should mention that the form is not attached to any downloads.

Further testing – the DM GF form field only shows the “X” to delete. It doesn’t show the Edit or Duplicate buttons.

On our staging site, I deactivated the Download Monitor related plugins, and the Edit and Duplicate buttons now show up. I was easily able to delete the field.

I don’t really want to deactivate anything on Production just yet, so am holding off until I see if there’s another fix.

    Hello,

That seems strange. Can you please share with us a link to the form and also a screenshot of your Gravity Forms edit page (where the form fields are displayed)?

The form isn’t published – I created a new form to use for this client.

Here’s a screenshot that shows only the X in the field controls:

For the record, this is happening for me as well. The Download Monitor field is not deletable from Gravity Forms once you add it. I was able to remove it by deactivating the add-on, removing the field, then turning the add-on back on.

    Hello,

I tested this and was not able to replicate. Can you please share with us the version number of “Download Monitor, “Gravity Forms” & the “Gravity Form Lock” plugins?
