# can't remove cache timeout

 * I can’t remove the cache timeout.
 * I have Timeout Rules: ”
    - The All Cache – twicedaily

 * I click on it and get the “Cache Timeout Wizard” and click “Remove Rule”. It 
   says “Options have been saved”. I refresh the page and the timeout is back.
 * I want to remove the timeout rule — how do I do this?

 * I have the plugin on [http://cloud-assn.org](http://cloud-assn.org) also — and
   it has no cache timeout rule. That’s what I want on the Siege of Bexar site.

 * yes and no — yes on the site with the problem and no on the site that doesn’t
   have the problem.

 * I had deactivated WP Fastest Cache. I deactivated Ninja Forms, activated WP Fastest
   Cache and I was able to remove the cache timeout rule. Then I reactivated Ninja
   Forms and the rule was back and could not be removed.
 * I need my contact form more than I need caching. That twice a day rule is not
   useful for my site.

 * @ tcloud, this is not a bug. If we don’t delete cache with timeout, the ninja
   forms do not work.

 * probably you could not understand. If you don’t delete cache, the ninja forms
   do not work.

 * Thank you very much for taking the time to explain this to me.
 * I think I understand. I have so many pages to cache that the constant deletion
   and re-caching is affecting other subdomains on my site ([http://siegeofbexar.org](http://siegeofbexar.org)
   is one of several subdomains on one hosted site).
 * The [http://cloud-assn.org](http://cloud-assn.org) site has no timeout rule. 
   It does not use Ninja forms but uses Formidable forms and they seem to be working
   just fine without constantly deleting and renewing the cache.
