Cant remove a blocked user

    hello,

    I did block someone from accessing the website and it has been successfully blocked however, when trying to check it again the user is “UNKNOWN USER” and unblocking it does not seem to work.

    anyhow i can remove this specific user as there is no IP on it and the manual removal/unblock does not work with it?

    Hello @pinoybsn,

    Thank you for the report!

    I managed to reproduce the issue and a fix will be applied in the next plugin version.

    In the meantime you can remove the block manually in the database table “sgs_log_visitors” -> Look for the block flag set to “1” and change it to “0”.
