Can't remove 1 comment, could it be dangerous?

    Hi,
    This client has been attacked a few times. I installed Askimet and WP Security. Last night a weird “anonymous” message was entered in the comments and I can’t remove it. Can it be dangerous? I did blacklist his IP.
    Did deactivate al plugins. No luck.
