# Can't register the key

 * After most recent update I no longer can download new definition updates. It 
   says, “Your Installation Key is not yet Registered!”. But as I found out in my
   profile in Gotmls it is registered and active.

 * I have had one other person report this issue but I am unable to recreate this
   problem on any of my test sites. I see your key has been registered (and un-registered
   and re-registered) and I don’t see any reason that you would not be able to get
   the definition updates. Is there any other info you can provide that might help
   me narrow this down?

 * Sorry, not fixed in 4.15.19, please try the update one more time, 4.15.20 should
   work 😉
