# cant register

 * when trying to register an Error pops up, but there is no reason stated. It is
   just blank. The webpage and email are correct.
 * any ideas are appreciated,

 * Ah I just tried to load that site and my browser didn’t resolve it. Is the domain
   registered / resolving to a website yet?
 * Also querying the domain via google’s DNS did not resolve anything either :

 * For you to register with the CDN, the domain has to exist and resolve to a functioning
   site. I’ll look into why an error response wasnt more informative in your case
   however this is likely the reason why it wont register for you.

 * hi, my webpage is online now. Yet I still get this message:

 * If you already registered , click the “check” button.
 * Also there needs to be a site url and email in order to register in the first
   place.
 * Make sure an email address is there and save and perhaps try again?
