    Hello
    I had another administrator on the website before years has restricted access to the plugin. I tried to regain back access by deleting these tables but I didn’t find them
    wsal-plugin-viewers
    wsal-plugin-editors
    wsal-restrict-admins

    also searched for wp_wsal_options table and it is not exist

    I deleted the plugin from SFTP and reinstalled it but not change and I can’t see the plugin

    It seems you may be referring to and old document. To regain access to the plugin you need to follow this document: https://wpactivitylog.com/support/kb/locked-wordpress-activity-log-regaining-access/

    May I ask what URL you got the old values “wsal-plugin-viewers, wsal-plugin-editors + wsal-restrict-admins”? Id like to ensure its up to date so this would help greatly.

    Hello,
    I am a Professional plan for the plugin and I sent many times for this issue and support doesn’t respond, check ticket [#495] and [#739]

    I saw followed these instructions

    but no solution.

    concerning finding wsal_restrict-plugin-settings I already searched for this also an

    another strange behavior had occurred, I saw the plugin for onetime and it asks to add the license key and then I chose “activate free version” and it is disappeared.
    I removed it with sftp and installed again and still can’t view it even I removed all related tables with WP optimize plugin.

    How to solve this issue?????

    Thank you for your message and sorry to hear you are still encountering an issue.

    Can you please send us a copy of the wp_options table? We’d like to see what settings are saved in it.

    In regards to the support ticket, I can confirm that we have replied to ticket #495 within a few hours. Maybe you did not get our email? In regards to ticket #739, you opened this ticket 12 hours ago, on Saturday. Please note that support is only available from Monday to Friday.

    the Support doesn’t respond anymore
    I really had a bad experience with them, 1 month to get a response for one issue and they don’t reply
