    Hello, We recently launched our UK Division and website and started using world net. We are using the plugin with little issue however we are unable to process refunds via our woocommerce dashboard. Every other merchant we have used has this feature.

    We currently have to go to worldnet website and in our dashboard process the refund there. But that doesnt than update woocommerce in anyway. At which point we have to manually go into woocommerce and mark the refund so the user gets the proper order status updates and our systems match.

    What is the solution here? Its a killer for our customer service team’s workflow.
