Can’t reconnect

Hello, there is a problem:

I have disconnected account and tried to connect again.

But I receive this message: https://prnt.sc/AAgIxpH-qLF1

Previous disconnect still processing
A previous disconnect between xxx and WooCommerce Integration is still processing. Please select a different business or try again later.

I have contacted Meta support, they said that the problem is from WooCommerce side.

I have tried to clear inputs in options.php file, but not worked.

Please help. Thank you.

Hi there @epas

I have disconnected account and tried to connect again.

Just to clarify, were you able to use the Facebook: Reset connection settings, that will clear your Facebook settings to reset them, allowing you to rebuild your connection, or otherwise?

It can be found among the Debug Tools. For accessing them, you will need to enable Debug mode by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in wp-admin Marketing > Facebook and stay on the Connection tab, then scroll to the bottom to the Debug section.

I’m using the latest version of the plugin. 3.0.8

Also latest Woocommerce and latest WP core.

I understand. Thank you for clarifying further.

From what I gather, the Facebook page needs to be unlinked, before being possible to link it again.

For that, kindly follow the related documentation linked below:

It does not help, I have tried this earlier and also contacted the Meta support, they said:

“Upon checking, we found that your Commerce Manager is already disabled from our end. You may be able to contact WooCommerce to reset.”

Hi,

Sorry to hear about that.

Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

And please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

That will help to investigate further, thanks.

Howdy @epas

The first thing that caught my eye, while investigating the store’s System Status Report (SSR), was:

PHP Version: 7.2.34

Kindly update the PHP version, according to the WooCommerce Server Recommendations. For instructions on how to do so, check out this page.

Just to note, some users have confirmed setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Facebook account resolved the error and allowed them to finish the setup. If 2FA is already enabled on your account, you should deactivate it and set it up afresh.

Clicking the “Uninstall” link in your settings will not remove the app from Facebook and any associated system users. Find out how to remove these as well here.

Kindly also follow the instructions shared above and let us know how that goes.
