Can’t reach ticket system futurio

    Hello,

    I’m trying to reach the ticket system of Futurio (Yes, I’ve Futurio Pro).
    When I click on the button “submit a ticket” I am sent back to the “my account” page.

    Does anyone know how to reach the ticket system?

    * Question is about my categories page in woocommerce.. (please also see link)
    – Cat. 1
    – Cat. 1.A
    – Products (this is the only page without double categories shown)
    -> How can I remove the double categories?
