Can't reach my self hosted site through the dashboard

Hello. I do not see my self-hosted site within my dashboard > My Sites > Switch Sites. However, I do see my dev site listed twice! One of the instances indicates that it needs some plugin updates (which is correct), and the other has a red exclamation that says it cannot connect to the site. The only option it provides is to “Disconnect the site”.

I have JetPack installed on both my dev and live site. I can easily access both sites by going direct to the URLs. I would like to upgrade to VideoPress but cannot get past this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
