Perhaps you meant to start a support thread about this issue before jumping to the reviews!
It is possible to use quotes within the tweet, but you have to use HTML entity codes for those quotation marks.
tweet=""Something quotable"" within the shortcode will get you a tweet inside of quotation marks.

Do you mean the text editor? That not a solution.. the next time I save an edit of the blog post the quoted tweet disappears to a blank white box.
also, “"e;” eats away at the character lengths significanly
The whole point of clicking to tweet is for quotes. Is there a better way to do this?
