# Can’t purchase plugin

 * Tried to purchase the plugin – it failed with… also sent email to customer service
   on the web site.
 * Ok, we attempted to download ShopMagic to the dev site.. attempted.
 * Kept getting an error message:
 * Error: Your card was declined. Your request was in test mode, but used a non 
   test (live) card. For a list of valid test cards, visit: [https://stripe.com/docs/testing](https://stripe.com/docs/testing).
