I have tried every combination but unable to pull images from Climate Home feed URL – https://feeds.feedburner.com/ClimateHome

Could you please help me with the right combination? The articles are being pulled but the images are not. But when we click the article links the images are right there at top of the article page. Hence can’t figure why the images are not being pulled.

    Thanks!

I’ve just added the feed, selected “Extract full articles” (no other feed settings were altered) and pulled it. I see the picture in the article.

Ok, I am facing a strange situation here. Did exactly what you said. The posts are being pulled but the featured image shows nothing if I try to edit a post. However in frontend it seems like it is pulling some kind of image (but shows only white) because unlike other cases it is at least filling out the space for image. Here is the link –

If required I can share wp-admin details with you, if you let me know an email ID.

    Thanks for hearing me out.

    Thanks!

Also in the feed info and preview area it does not seem to pulling any images when the articles themselves have a nice big image at the top.

    Thanks!

Another thing I notice, that in Media library the images being pulled for this particular feed are all 1px x 1px gifs. Why would it do that?

When the feed article displays image on top like this one – https://www.climatechangenews.com/2019/05/28/south-africas-ramaphosa-signs-carbon-tax-law/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+ClimateHome+%28Climate+Home%29

I don’t know what to say, because at my test site I see both of them.

Yes it is. The plugin does show the contents of the feed in preview. It soesn’t show what full text exctractor, text spinner or language translators do to them when you select the necessary options

Ok looks like I might be facing a conflict issue with something else. Will test with switching off the plugins one by one. Thanks for taking the time to send in replies.

    Thanks!
