Can’t Publish Theme Changes

    I recently updated everything, and now I can’t publish changes to the theme. If I disable the Companion plugin, I can publish changes to the theme. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and re-check your page with the issue?

    This seems to be a plugin related issue.

    I’ve done that. It still does not work, so it must be the companion plugin.

    Hello,

    I can see from your website that you are using the W3 total cache plugin.

    Please check if the plugin has the option enabled to cache also for logged in users and if yes deactivate it.

    Also can you try to reinstall the theme and plugin by re-uploading them manually into your website?

    I do not see any such setting. But even with the plugin disabled, the issue is still there.

    Hello,

    Can you give more details regarding the issue?

    Also can you open the Customizer and try to publish then press CTRL + SHIFT + I to bring up the console and show a screenshot to see what error you might be receiving in the Customizer?
