That is not supposed to happen. Have you checked all the plugin settings to make sure everything is setup properly?

I didn’t see any settings related to posting HTML.
If I manually add a p tag they stay, but when I insert youtube imbed code, i.e. iframe, that gets flushed.

Also if I create the post in the back end adding a iframe it works, but if I then open that post in the front end and then save it without making any changes it also flushes the HTML

I get it now. The plugin tries to get rid of risky tags so that your end users can’t submit anything harmful. That’s why the iframes are getting removed. In the next version I will try to add an option that can be used to disable this feature.

Any idea when that will be coming out?

Unfortunately it could take some time since I am busy on other projects right now.

OK, thanks a lot. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

    Hi

Just so you know I wrote a plugin to get around the problem so don’t worry. The plugin also added functionality for my client so now they only have to provide the page url of the video, not the embed url, and they don’t have embed it themselves.

    Thanks for a great plugin.
