cant perform a backup

    Hit the backup and after several minutes my screen is totally blank. When I get into the plugin again…there is no backup. I have contacted the hosting company and they have verified that all my requirements are adequate.

    Hi – I am having the same problem on 1 website I am working on. I cannot make a backup, even when I exclude all the uploads folders to reduce the size.

    I have many other sites that work with no issues, all on the same Hostgator hosting account.

    I found that there was a giant .zip file inside one of the folders. Once I removed that the backup worked fine.
