Can’t pay subscription with paypal

Hi,
I have a problem with my subscriptions.For standard purchase all is OK but for subscriptions when my clients arrive in paypal interface there is a message error “The system doesn’t work for now. Please try again later” (translation from the french message) and a button to go back on my site with no possibilities to pay.
I have old subscriptions that works just fine but for a few days, none of my subscriptions work with paypal.
What can the problem be ?

Hi @tazhelico ,
I think that is a temporary PayPal issue.
I tried to purchase and no error appear.

Try to enable the PayPal log from WooCommerce->Settings->Payments->PayPal and try to purchase again.
After please can you copy the content of the log file that you can find in WooCommerce->Status->Log ?

Hello,
maybe the IPN it is not arrived.
You should check the IPN history on PayPal:

– Log in
– Profile link
– IPN settings
– History link on this page
Currently it’s directly at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-ipn-notify (provided you’re logged in)

You should check the link if it is the same of your site URL.

Hi,
The default IPN link in my paypal account is for another site, but the notify-url in the log is correct. Plus the problem occurs before the payment. My clients doesn’t have access to the paypal checkout page for the subscription so it can’t be the return IPN that isn’t send since there is no payment to notify yet. Have you another Idea?
