Hello,
this is a screen of the problem I’m having:

As you can see, I’m trying to organize categories in the knowledgebase homepgae but they are not displayed, so I can’t organize them. Disabling plugins doesn’t seem to correct the issue.
Do you have any suggestion? Am I missing something?

Hello, thank you for your answer.
The solution was simple: the problem was that I’m using a multilingual plugin. I just needed to choose the relevant languange, in the top bar inside the wordpress admin, before going to the ordering wizard.

I’ve found the same advice in your documentation:
https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/documentation/wpml-main-page-issues/

So you can consider this solved.
