    Alot of customers of my woocommerce store, complain they cant order my products… sometimes the loading when the personal info is entered takes forever… i get alot of mails that customers having trouble ordering.

    What can this be?

    I did a test order by BACS and the page worked fine for me. I checked the JavaScript console and there were no JavaScript errors.

    After the customer enters their details, the page could be trying to communicate with Sisow in the case of some payment options. If there is a poor internet connection between the customer and Sisow, your page may be left waiting. If so, this is outside your control.

    Can you link the customers who had problems to a particular payment type?

    If this problem is due to the Sisow link, are there any settings on the gateway to limit the customer’s wait time or give some feedback as to why he’s waiting. Can Sisow help improve the customer experience.

    If it is the Sisow link that is unreliable for you, and I’m not saying it is, I don’t have that information, consider offering alternative payment options.

    If you look at Admin page > WooCommerce > System Status > Template overrides, is there a theme template override for the checkout page? If so, your theme vendor’s techs are better placed to resolve problems for this template.

    I see you are running an old version of WordPress 3.8.5 with the current version of WooCommerce. The two are from slightly different time periods and so they may not co-operating 100%. Consider updating WordPress, but take a backup first in case it goes wrong.
