# Can’t open ticket

 * To begin with; awesome plugin. Looks really good.
    I can create tickets without
   a problem but after a ticket is created and i want to open it i’m getting an 
   error. The ticket is created with a user who signed up through the registration
   form.
 * Opening tickets as admin works without a problem.
    I’m running WordPress 4.7.4
   on Windows server, with theme twenty seventeen. Any idea what the problem could
   be?

 * We identified the conflict that’s causing this issue to happen sometimes. I will
   deploy a patch tonight, please update the plugin when you see the update available
   in your dashboard.
