# Can’t open install.php

 * I’m on day 3 of the 5 minute install. I’m sure it’s not WordPress but
    perhaps
   something I did wrong in installing PHP.
 * Can’t open install.php with Internet Explorer.
    IE opens with a blank screen 
   then a navigation window opens and asks if I want to Open or Save this file. 
   I click Open and it just repeats. I’m running under Vista, MySQL.
 * I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

   good tutorial
 * it appears your php is not working correctly if it’s asking to download it.
    
   Do you have Xampp installed?
